God Has Sent You A Love Letter

God is love and has written a love letter to you. It is called the Bible. It is the bestselling book of all time. It contains wisdom to guide your life, promises to sustain you, and hope for this life and the next. While it was written by humans it was inspired by God. It contains everything you need to have an amazing relationship with God. it is God's promises book.

Just as with any love letter, when you receive it you want to read it over and over again. It is important to read God’s Word every day. The more you read Bible the more you understand that God is Love.

Lamentations 3:22-23: “The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”

Read the chapter of Proverbs that corresponds to the day of the month.  i.e. if it is January 15 read Proverbs 15. Ask God to give you wisdom for the day.

Read a Psalm. Psalms let you connect with your emotions and give you a way to share your thoughts and feelings with God.

Read something from the New Testament. Start with the Book of John and continue through the rest of the New Testament.
